We are a family run farm just outside Gorey called Redmond Farm. A Bord Bia approved farm with Origin Green award and holders of two awards in the World’s Best Steaks challenge competition. Browse our shop and find our dry aged Himalayan salt beef, FHB burgers, steaks & roasts. Local deliveries and collections ordered Friday through Monday and before 10am on Tuesday can be sent out or picked up on Tuesday & Friday evening. Pick up is from the Amber Springs Hotel in Gorey and Local Gorey Food Market is every Saturday in Gorey Community School Car Park from 9am
